What makes us different
When something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
You know the pattern. A big purity number in a big font on the homepage. Ask for the COA and you get a certificate from eight months ago, or a screenshot with the batch number cropped out, or a polite non-answer. Endotoxin and microbial come back as a screen, a pass or a fail, with no measured number attached to either. Sometimes the paper doesn't even match what's in the vial. If your work depends on knowing exactly what you received, that isn't a paperwork problem. That's your data.
So we built the vendor we wanted to buy from.
Not a representative sample. Not last quarter's certificate. The batch number printed on your vial, matched to its own report, published on the site. Janoshik runs our analysis and we post what comes back, on our timeline or not. Every batch we have tested has its own page, including the ones that failed.
Two places the industry quietly cuts corners.
Endotoxin
Most vendors run a screen and tell you it passed.
We run quantitative analysis and publish the actual figure in EU per vial. “Passed” is a claim. A number is something you can hold us to, and something you can put in your own notes.
Microbial
The fast labs incubate a couple of days, call it clean, and ship.
Slow growers do not respect a two day deadline. We run a 14 day incubation. It costs more, it delays releases, and every so often it kills a batch we already paid for. That is the entire point of doing it.
A batch that misses spec does not get sold, and we leave the record up instead of quietly deleting it. We have pulled stock off the shelf and refunded customers over a failed microbial result. We would rather absorb that than have you build three months of work on material we were not sure about.
Testing this hard is expensive. So is marketing. We spend it on the first one. You are not paying for an influencer, you are paying for the vial and the paperwork standing behind it.
