What purity level are your peptides? All GigaCompounds peptides are 99%+ purity, US third-party tested via HPLC and mass spectrometry by independent accredited laboratories. Our tests include purity & identity, endotoxin & sterility, heavy metal screening, and batch consistency. COAs are available on every product page. What form do your peptides come in? All of our peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form. This is the most stable form for storage and shipping. Before use in the laboratory, the peptide must be reconstituted with a sterile solvent such as bacteriostatic water. Are your products third-party tested? Yes — every batch is tested by independent, accredited U.S. laboratories before it enters our inventory. We never rely on manufacturer-provided test results. All COAs are published unredacted with full chromatograms and spectra. Are your products pharmaceutical grade? Our peptides are research grade — synthesized to the highest available purity standards for research purposes. They are not pharmaceutical grade products approved for human use. Are your products intended for human use? No. All products sold by GigaCompounds are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application. You must be 21 or older to purchase.
What is a COA and where can I find it? A COA is an independent lab report confirming the identity and purity of our peptides. COAs are available under the Lab Tests section and on each individual product page. How do I read a COA? A COA includes the compound name, batch number, test date, and results across all testing categories. For Purity & Identity, look for the purity percentage (we require 99%+) — the HPLC chromatogram shows separation peaks, and the LC-MS/MS mass spectrum confirms molecular structure. Endotoxin & Sterility results show bacterial endotoxin levels (measured in EU/mL) and sterility pass/fail. Heavy Metal Screening reports levels of lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium against safe thresholds. Batch Consistency compares results across production runs to verify uniformity. What testing methods do you use? Our testing covers four categories: Purity & Identity via HPLC-UV (high-performance liquid chromatography) and LC-MS/MS (liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry), Endotoxin & Sterility screening, Heavy Metal Screening, and Batch Consistency verification. How do I look up lab results for my batch? Visit our Lab Tests page where all test results are listed by product. Find your product, locate your batch number (printed on your vial label), and view the purity, net peptide content, and endotoxin results. You can also open the full COA PDF directly from there. Results are also shown on each product page under the lab data section.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, and more), Venmo, Zelle, and other methods. Check checkout for current options. How do I apply a discount or promo code? Enter your code in the "Promo / Discount Code" field on the checkout page, or select one of the available discount codes shown at checkout. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? Yes — reach out via our Contact page for bulk pricing inquiries. Is there a minimum order amount? There is no minimum order amount. You can purchase as little as a single vial. Free shipping is available on orders over $200 (before tax, after discounts) in a single transaction. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders are final once placed. We are unable to modify, cancel, or combine orders after checkout. Please double-check your cart, product selections, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
How long does shipping take? Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship same day via FedEx 2-Day Air from our temperature-controlled fulfillment facility. Delivery is 2–3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. Is free shipping available? Yes. Free shipping via FedEx 2-Day is available on all single orders over $200 (before tax, after discounts) within the continental United States. Orders must meet the $200 threshold in one transaction and cannot be combined across multiple orders. Do you ship internationally? We ship within the continental United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. How do I track my order? Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Logged-in customers can also view order status in their Account dashboard. What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged? Contact support@gigacompounds.com as soon as you notice an issue. Claims require supporting proof (e.g., statements from household members, security camera footage, or a police report for packages marked delivered but not received). Approved claims may be fulfilled as replacements or as $G credit at our sole discretion.
What is GigaWallet ($G)? GigaWallet is your store balance denominated in $G. Paying with $G gives you 10% off your entire order, making every dollar in your wallet worth more. Use it to pay for orders partially or in full. How do I earn $G? Every order earns you 10% cashback in $G automatically — credited when your order is delivered. You also earn $G through referral commissions, affiliate payouts, promotional bonuses, and account credits. Referral commissions are deposited into your wallet as soon as the referred order is paid. How do I top up $G? Visit the GigaWallet page in your account and choose a top-up amount. Pay via any supported payment method and the $G balance is added to your wallet instantly after payment confirmation. How do I save with $G? Paying with $G gives you an automatic 10% discount on your entire order — every $1 in your wallet is worth $1.10 in purchasing power. Your $G balance is applied at checkout, and you can stack it with promo codes and payment method discounts for maximum savings.
Do you have a rewards or referral program? Yes. Earn commissions by referring new customers through our affiliate program, and earn reward points on every purchase through GigaWallet. Log into your account to access your rewards dashboard, referral link, and wallet balance. How does the affiliate program work? Every account gets a referral code. Share it — your friend gets 15% off, you earn up to 30% in $G rewards. Level up through Bronze (20%), Silver ($5K+ at 25%), and Gold ($15K+ at 30%) as they buy more. Silver+ unlocks cash payouts (15–20% cash + 10% $G). Cash option requires W9. How do friends use my referral code? When your friend clicks your referral link, the code is automatically filled in on the registration page. Since an account is required before placing an order, the referral code will always be captured. They should double-check the referral code field is filled in before submitting — if not, they can enter it manually. How do I get cash rewards for referrals? Once your cumulative referral sales reach $5,000, you qualify for cash payouts at Silver tier. Contact us to get started — you will need to provide a W9 for cash. $G credits are always instant, no W9 needed.
What is your return policy? All sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges under normal circumstances. A limited exception exists for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. Reports submitted after the 48-hour window are not eligible. Refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued solely at our discretion.
